Located on the 16th floor and facing South, Stay In Love! is a 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom retreat that offers Biscayne Bay water views and Downtown Miami views from its private balcony. With over 1200 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Stay In Love! accommodates a maximum of 2 adults + children (15 years of age or younger).

Upon entering Stay in Love!, you will notice a conveniently located half bathroom right at the entryway. To your left, you will find the recently renovated, fully equipped kitchen, which has everything you need to unleash your inner chef (and with a Publix only half a block away, cooking is a breeze!). Additionally, a washer and dryer are available, ensuring that dirty laundry won't be an issue during your stay.

As you move past the kitchen, Prepare yourself for a moment of awe-inspiring beauty as you lay your eyes upon the stunning views that await you. With balcony access from the living room, you can step out and savor your very own private oasis. The magnificent downtown Miami skyline views are striking at night when you see the city light up and come alive, while the picturesque water views of Biscayne Bay are equally captivating. The balcony is fully furnished, so you can immerse yourself in this breathtaking panorama and soak it all in.

The dining area, located off the kitchen, has comfortable seating for four and flows seamlessly into the spacious living room where you can unwind and catch up on your favorite shows on the cable TV. This area is the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Miami and soaking up the sun.

The master bedroom suite is nothing short of spacious. At The Grand, we're renowned for our generously sized master bedrooms. This bedroom spans the entire length of the condo, and features a comfortable king-size bed and a 55" cable TV. You'll also find a convenient desk setup located next to the sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony - though with such a captivating views, it may be hard to focus on work!

You'll be delighted to discover a huge walk-in closet. You can easily store all your shopping bags filled with Miami's finest treasures in here. There is also a bonus vanity area with a sink located just outside the master bathroom suite. The master bathroom is equally impressive, featuring a luxurious roman tub, as well as a separate walk-in shower.
