Located on the 17th floor and facing South, Almost Heaven! is a Jr. size 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers terrific Downtown Miami skyline views from its private balcony. With over 1200 sq. feet of living space, Almost Heaven! is the perfect monthly getaway (sorry, no nightly stays available). Almost Heaven! accommodates a maximum of 2 adults plus 2 children (15 years of age or younger).

Completely remodeled and boasting almost heavenly vibes, Almost Heaven! is the ideal option for your extended stay in Miami. Due to its popularity, this condo typically fills up quickly, so don't hesitate to book it when you have the chance.

Upon entering the condo, you'll be greeted by a stunning open-concept kitchen that's been fully renovated and stocked with everything you need. The Publix grocery store, located a 1/2 block away, makes it easy to pick up all your ingredients. There's a built-in counter with stools, perfect for socializing while you cook or for a quick meal. With an abundance of counter space, you'll have plenty of room to get creative in the kitchen. To the left of the entrance is a spacious second bathroom with a large walk-in shower, perfect for refreshing yourself after a day at the beach or exploring the city.

As you step into the living room, the stunning views of downtown Miami, Biscayne Bay, and the Port of Miami will take your breath away. The living room is equipped with a Roku streaming TV that includes a plethora of free TV shows and movies. Located next to the living room, the second bedroom in Almost Heaven! is a great choice for a good night's rest. Equipped with a queen bed and Roku streaming TV, you can unwind and relax after a day of exploring Miami.

The master bedroom suite at Almost Heaven! is the perfect retreat with a king bed, Roku streaming TV, a large desk for remote work, and a window that offers beautiful views of the city. The walk-thru closet leads to a fully renovated master bathroom with a spacious layout. From the renovated interior to the breathtaking views from the balcony, this condo truly lives up to its name. THE GRAND:

-You have full private access to Almost Heaven!which is located on the 17th floor facing South.

-You have full access to The Grand pool and jacuzzis on the 10th floor, open 7am to 10pm

-You have full access to The Grand Gym and Health Club, with dry sauna on RG level open 6am to 9pm

-You have full access to the Lobby

The Grand lobby has everything one could need during their stay! From a variety of dining options, to boutique shopping, convenience stores, and a wellness spa.

Guests can enjoy restaurants from authentic Italian cuisine at Primo's, to delicious paninis and pastries at 8 1/2 Caffe & Bottega, tasty deli options at Le'Faubourgs, the best açaí bowls at Midori Fresh. For a classic Miami meets Hollywood feel, guests can visit the hidden gem Casablanca on The Bay located on the second floor of the lobby. With so many options, guests will have plenty to choose from during their stay.

There is plenty of shopping and service options available in The Grand lobby. Bayshore Design Center (a great place to find luxurious Italian silk items), dry cleaning and alterations, Parcel packaging, Pharmacy, Bamboo Spa (offering massage, facials, nails and hair services), Convenience store (The Grand Trading Post), and the list goes on and on making The Grand lobby a true city within a building.

Getting Around/Parking

Uber is a convenient transportation option in Miami, and you can also easily access free public transportation such as the Trolley and Miami Metromover. We highly recommend the nearby Miami Metromover.

- We offer 1 self parking space for $320 monthly.

Please be aware that the self parking garage has a height limit of 6'6", accommodating most large SUVs but not trucks or vans. If your vehicle exceeds this height, the only option is limited street parking with metered options. Slingshots, motorcycles, scooters/mopeds cannot be parked in the residential garage.
