The building lobby is currently undergoing renovations. While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available - though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual.

To assist you, clear signage will be posted to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way.

Residential Swimming Pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. During pool closure period:

***The Jacuzzi, along with the remaining Pool Deck and Solarium, will be open and accessible during normal operating hours for your continued enjoyment.

***Pool passes for the Marriott Pool will be available at the DoubleTree Front Desk, recently relocated to the RG Level in the Key Largo Meeting Room.

***Please note that the Marriott Pool passes are not personal and must be returned to the DoubleTree Front Desk after each use so they can be reissued to other residents and guests. This helps ensure fair and continued access for everyone.

Located on the 24th floor and facing South, Chasing Stars! is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay views from its private balcony. With over 1500 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Chasing Stars! accommodates a maximum of 6 adults plus children (15 years of age or younger).

Chasing Stars welcomes you with its renovated design that embodies the vibrant spirit of Miami. As you step inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen on your left, complete with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals. With a Publix grocery store conveniently located 1/2 block away, stocking up on ingredients is a breeze.

From the kitchen, you can enjoy a view of the spacious dining table with seating for 6. The open concept seamlessly connects the kitchen to the living room, where a you can relax and enjoy 65" Roku streaming TV await. However, the real star of the show is the incredible view of downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay. The living room provides easy access to the furnished balconies, allowing you to fully embrace the stunning surroundings.

The master bedroom offers ample space featuring a king bed, a Roku streaming TV for your entertainment, and a walk-in closet with a safe! for all your belongings. The vanity area provides a convenient space for getting ready, and the private bathroom adds a touch of elegance with its newly renovated upgrades. With access to the balcony, you can step outside and take in the breathtaking views. The master bathroom is a true retreat, featuring a relaxing spa worthy stand alone tub and a separate spacious walk-in shower for your convenience.

There is a washer/dryer located off the living room across from the 2nd full bathroom and ensures that you can keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.

The second bedroom boasts a king bed and breathtaking views. Equipped with a 55" Roku streaming TV, this room offers entertainment options for your enjoyment. Additionally, it provides direct access to the private balcony, where you can soak in the surrounding beauty and relax in privacy.

The third bedroom is an interior room, offering a cozy and stylish space. Despite being without windows, it doesn't compromise on comfort and aesthetics. It features two twin beds and is equipped with a Roku streaming TV.

The 2nd full bathroom is located next to this 3rd interior bedroom and across from washer/dryer. It has been fully renovated and has a spacious walk in shower.

The balcony is the length of the condo and is furnished with an outdoor dining table that seats 6. Enjoy one of the 2 lounge chairs to soak in the Miami rays.
