Located on the 23rd floor, Electronica! is a 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom retreat that offers jaw dropping downtown Miami views from its private balcony. With over 1500 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Electronica! accommodates a maximum of 6 adults plus children (15 years of age or younger).

Upon entering this stunning and completely renovated 3 bedroom condo, you'll immediately be struck by its spacious and open design.

The generously sized, fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to prepare any meal of your choice. With a Publix grocery store conveniently located 1/2 block away, preparing meals during your vacation becomes a breeze like never before. The coffee bar across from the kitchen offers a keurig and regular drip coffee maker.

The living room of this stunning condo features a comfortable couch, perfect for catching up on your favorite shows or movies that you thought you left behind. The Roku streaming TV provides you with endless entertainment options. Steps away is access to the balcony which spans the entire length of the condo.

The master bedroom suite is incredibly spacious and features a luxurious king-sized bed, strategically placed so that you can enjoy the stunning views of Miami from the comfort of your own bed and easy access through the sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. A 55" Roku streaming tv is quipped with many endless options to enjoy. A desk offers space to attend to any necessary work, although we hope that your vacation remains blissfully work-free. The open concept closet is large enough to accommodate all of your luggage and shopping bags filled with your Miami souvenirs, and a safe to lock away your valuables.

The private master bathroom adorned with exquisite renovations and upgrades, features a spacious walk-in shower and double vanity sink.

The second bedroom is conveniently located nearest the living room. Graced with a king-sized bed and complemented by a 55" Roku TV, this bedroom seamlessly extends an invitation to unwind. Its direct access to the balcony is a gateway to some truly impressive views that are bound to leave an indelible mark.

The 2nd full bathroom, which features a tub/shower combo is located next to the 3rd interior bedroom and across from the 2nd bedroom.

A washer/dryer is conveniently located across from the bathroom, so you can do laundry during your stay and avoid going home with any dirty clothes.

The 3rd interior bedroom is located next to the 2nd full bathroom. Although it is an interior room without windows, it is a popular choice among guests who enjoy sleeping in late after busy days and nights in Miami. The room features 2 comfortable twin beds and a Roku streaming TV.

We have found that many of our guests spend a significant amount of time on the spacious balcony, which is furnished with everything needed to relax and enjoy the Miami sun. A dining table with seating for 6 and lounge chairs to soak in the Miami heat. The water views of Biscayne Bay and priceless downtown Miami skyline (incredible at night with the city lit up) will send you home with photos and memories to last a lifetime.
